The fourth industrial revolution as a synonym for digital transformation
introduces new digital technology and leads to new ways of working. The
aim of Work 4.0 module is to develop the holistic approach to describe
and learning digitalized work forces and architecture. Industry 4.0
productive systems and processes engage humans across the lifecycle in
designing, installing, maintaining, operating, and dismantling (at end
of life) these systems. Attention to the demands and requirements for
people, who will perform these tasks is the project design and
competency requirement for Work 4.0 system. Students will possess
evidence-based approach and uses foresight techniques to explore the
future digitalized work activities. They will be capable to uses real
time management in digital production systems based work 4.0. Students
will develop in teams, and set up a digital transformation project for
linking people, machines and products by forming together a new
production system.
